Eugenio Perrier has 25+ years of experience growing brands internationally. He is mentor at the NY innovation accelerator Food-X, and member of the advisory boards at multiple startups (Food & Beverage and tech applied to food/cpg).

Eugenio is currently a Partner at Sevendots, a global CPG marketing consultancy, the US Marketing Advisor to Consorzio del Parmigiano Reggiano and the Principal at Sandalyon, which helps small/midsize organizations to develop the business in the USA.

Previously, he held multiple senior food marketing roles, including Global CMO of Sabra Dipping Co. (New York), VP Marketing Americas at Barilla (Chicago), Marketing Director Mulino Bianco (Parma), Global Marketing Director at Wasa (Stockholm).

He is an active member of the Accademia Italiana della Cucina since 2001 (Stockholm, Parma, Chicago, New York).
