WILL MADE IN ITALY SAVE ITALY?
In 2020 we experienced the appearance of a black swan that has changed, and will change more and more, not only social dynamics but also our habits and behaviors as consumers.
To date, the volumes of the Ho.Re.Ca. consumptions have returned to the levels of 1991, while if we talk about travel, we go back even to 1975. In the meantime, however, e-commerce has grown by over 120%.
These numbers make us think and lead us to wonder: what can we do to adapt in the shortest time possible to change and to this increasingly strong push towards digital? How can we continue to enhance and better communicate Made in Italy, and how will the dynamics of agri-food exports change?
To find the answers to these questions, we invited six exceptional personalities who will help us understand, each from their own perspective, how to read and face the near future. The appointment will be held during the V Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, on November 23rd, directly from the stage of the 100per100 Italian Talks, entitled: “Will Made in Italy save Italy?”.
100per100 Italian Talks is the conference conceived and produced by I Love Italian Food and The Italian Sauce to talk about Made in Italy at 360 degrees and to find new ideas for the development and promotion of Italian food and wine culture in the world.
